Symfony Developer Internship — Prefecture of Oujda-Angad
A payroll management platform built for a public institution, replacing a spreadsheet-driven process with a structured application: employee records, salary components, payroll runs and the reporting that administrative staff need at the end of each cycle.
Working in a public-sector context meant the rules were not negotiable — salary scales, allowances and deductions follow published regulations, so the work was as much about modelling those rules correctly in the domain layer as about building screens. I developed the Symfony REST API and the Angular interface consuming it, and the team managed the codebase collaboratively under Git with reviewed branches rather than direct pushes.
